popular line?  you can bet on it....liz, originally born in Colombia,  resides & creates her jewelry in my native hometown, San Francisco, CA. yes, a line (introduced in l987) that is MADE IN THE USA! Palacios designs are a combination of a vintage fashion statement infused with contemporary styling, integrating a mixture of semi-precious stones with Swarovski crystals in a beautiful juxtaposition of colors.
