When will you ship my purchases after you receive confirmation of payment?
We ship your packages within three (3) days of confirmation of payment, not including weekends & holidays.
Packages delivered via USPS PRIORITY customarily are received in three to six days in the United States. However, USPS PRIORITY does not GUARANTEE a specific time, & we cannot be held liable for post office delays

USPS EXPRESS mail is a service we offer upon request. Please contact us for this service, after you have checked with your local post office to be certain that it is a service offered in your area. EXPRESS MAIL includes insurance on items up to $l00 in value. For items valued over $l00, please ask us for a price quote. The extra fee is added for packages of higher value, & may be at the rate of $.75 for each extra $l00 in value.
WE DO NOT SHIP, no exceptions, WITHOUT INSURANCE and Delivery and/or Signature confirmation Insurance rates for USPS PRIORITY & USPS FIRST CLASS are based on zone (location) & weight, and a full price quote for shipping will be offered to you, prior to our shipping to you
Upon notification of your order, we will send you an email confirmation of receipt of same, & upon shipping completion, we will again email you, including the USPS delivery confirmation # for your convenience.
For Canadian orders, the U.S. VIRGIN ISLANDS, & other specific U.S. TERRITORIES please add $20 to the domestic shipping method you select.
All packages are carefullly wrapped & bubbled and shipped in either mailing envelopes or rigid cardboard boxes, for shipping safety.
GIFT BOXES are included FREE OF CHARGE on all jewelry items...with the exception of an oversize piece for which we do not stock boxes
When do you ship with signature confirmation, rather than delivery confirmation?
Signature confirmation is required by us, for both your protection and ours, on any purchase over $l00. if you wish to have your package(s) shipped to an address other than your confirmed PayPal address, please contact us prior to our shipping to make special arrangements. Otherwise, packages are shipped to the same address provided to us by PayPal, which is the address that appears on your submitted credit card. We reserve the right to verify credit card payments, & to ask you for any additional information we might require should we have any questions about verification or authenticity. We reserve the right to cancel your order(s) if you have a history of unpaid items and/or frequent cancellations of orders, or we experience suspicion of fraudulent data or inconsistencies in the data you provide
What is the cost of shipping DOMESTIC U.S.?
All shipping prices are based on weight, zone & value of the item(s). we will apprise you of shipping costs for each of your shipments, prior to your making a purchase, if we receive an email from you, indicating your shipping preferences
Do you charge sales tax?
We charge sales tax only to residents of the State of California, & the rate is 8.25%
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept payments via our Preferred Provider, PayPal, a service that accepts most major national credit cards & e-checks (e-checks require a four day "hold" period until the check clears)
Paypal does not charge a fee for you to use their service, but may ask you to confirm & verify your residential address, etc., which only takes a few minutes time; it is a trustworthy service that protects both buyers & sellers interests, & a service we have used very satisfactorily for the past four years with our Ebay transactions, prior to selecting PayPal for this website's transaction
We also accept postal (domestic & international) money orders. However, please know that we reserve the right to wait until authenticity of the orders are verified by our processing bank (min. wait l0 days),prior to our shipping your merchandise.
We do not accept personal checks or cash in the mail at this time
What is your return policy?
Returnable items are items that are returned to us unused, unaltered, unworn in original packaging with tags included along with any boxes or pouches that were included in the original delivery to you. Please email us prior to returning merchandise, which we will accept only within l0 days of your receipt of the item(s) - i.e., postmarked within l0 days after notifying us of the return by email). YOU must obtain an RI NUMBER (returned item #), which we will give you when you contact us & we require that you indicate that number on the OUTSIDE of the package envelope or box that you are sending to us. Any items returned without the RI# will not be accepted, and will be returned to you, along wilth additional billing charges for the shipping. A 5% re-stocking fee will be charged on any returns totaling $l00 or more to cover our administrative costs
Please be aware that any jewelry items will be examined by our consulting gemologist to make certain that the original piece's integrity has been maintained, & that no damages to, or replacement of materials have been made while the item(s) was not in our possession, prior to our issuing a credit for the return. We will not accept any returns on products that have been altered, worn, or damaged in any manner.
We recommend that you ship returns with full insurance, as we will not be held responsible for lost or damaged packages. Please pack well, using bubble & a sturdy container, well sealed. Make sure that when you shake your package, you do not hear a rattling. If you do, open & re-package & stuff the box (bubble or newspaper works well).so that rattling does not exist. Please use rigid boxes, well-padded for any glass/crystal/or breakable items.
What services do you use for shipping merchandise?
At current time (2008), we use USPS exclusively, via Priority, First, or Express services provided. We have found USPS to be very reliable. However, if you have a preference for another service (carrier) please email and ask us to consider the possibility. We will always try to accomodate your requests, if possible.
What countries do you ship to Internationally?
Australia, Canada, France, Hong Kong, Ireland, Japan, Singapore, Spain & the U.K. (Great Britain) ONLY , no exceptions, sorry. Should we add to our approved countries shipping list, we will update this information at this location on our website.
I am an International buyer, what do I need to know?
We ship internationally via USPS-Global Express & Global Express guaranteed, as we require insurance and Global Priority does not allow for insurance converage.
The prices of shipping will be quoted per individual purchases, and you may contact us at any time at paulibevhills@aol.com to request a price. Please include your home address, city, zip code & any other relevant information, including an email address we may respond to.
We have had very excellent past experience shipping internationally, however we are aware that a country's policies may cause delay in shipments--sometimes up to a four week period. Our experience has been that our international customers to this date, have been receiving their shipments on the average within ten (l0) days. However, if your country's duty/or customs regulations delay your receipt of the package(s), we do not accept responsiblity for same, as we ship within three days of your paid/cleared funds received in our bank.
Insurance is included on international purchases up to $60 in value. However, on any items above that price, we require you to purchase additonal insurance premiums, as set by the U.S. postal service.
Please know that all customs duties/fees/local payment attachments are your personal responsibility & we will not incur additional charges or be held responsible for same
